Nothing special which is what I was looking for.
Received the pack, but haven't had a chance to put to a good test run yet. I plan to take a day trip soon and put the pack through a thorough test. I gave it 4 stars to start because it is exactly like the product description explains and it is exactly what I was looking for.Overall, the look is simple, all black with some reflectors on the shoulder straps. I did check the helmet storage out and it will fit a large full face helmet (HJC CL-17), but the helmet compresses the bag in so much that it doesn't leave much room for anything else in the pack. I plan to experiment with the straps to see if I can gain some space once they stretch out.One other complaint is that the chest strap is thin and short. I'm not a large guy and I can't connect the strap even with out anything in the pack. It is a very thin strap so I don't want to put too much tension on it for fear of it tearing. Nothing a little sewing can't fix, but still should be noted.I bought it because it is a simple pack and I won't turn into a giant billboard for the company while I'm riding around, also, it's waterproof (still to be tested).As mentioned earlier, I plan to put this thing through the ringer soon and will update as necessary.Update 10 Jan 20: So far so good. I've taken it on multiple trips and had only one instance of the main zipper popping open (luckily not while I was riding).

Missing crucial part for helmet holding
I'm missing the buckle for the top part of the helmet holder so its completely useless in that case so whats the point of it. Extremely unsatisfied and unable to even return it so yeah be warned. Apparently janky productions

Not worth the money
The back pack is NOT worth the money at all!!The ZIPPERS pull open and do not zip properly.I was on the freeway and my pack opened up!!Also the clips are very fragile.I have had it for 2 months and used it twice. Now the return is past the 30day policy.I would not recommend this product

Broken Zipper
Received item on July 25th…used for first time on July 26th and the zipper broke!!! Disappointed in the product
