Excellent quality and very sharp bread knife. Be aware that this product is not dishwasher safe due to the wood type handle.

Good quality and does a great job. The blade is a bit too short for my some of my home made breads, but I am happy with it, it has a good heavy handle and does a good job. Although was quite expensive, so I hope it lasts, I will leave an up date in a few months, I wont be using it daily, I have bought it for crust sour dough.
