No it's 120v version, America needs to switch to the European 220v system so much more energy efficient. Electricity cost would be sooooo much cheaper.

Is it possible to slow this down below 5k rpm....like 2k maybe?

We do not recommend running the tool slower than the minimum speed. As the tool uses airflow created by the motor to cool the tool during use, running it slow for too long can significantly reduce the air flow and run the risk of overheating.
