Will this work at a school pool that is 25 yards long with 6 lanes and 12 feet deep? Or do I need more that 1?

You might want to get two as the pool is very long. Also have a good amplifier. That will help the level of sound.

Can this be under water for 30 minutes three to four times a week

These speakers are designed to fit into a Pentair light niche but you need to have a ring kit to keep it in place. They can be under water permanently

Will this work in my eight lane 5 foot school pool?

It will but it will be slightly quiet on whatever side of the pool it isn't on. Do NOT overload the speaker with power. Stay within it's specified perimeters. Possibly need two for that size a pool. Try one first.
