Perfect replacement charger for my Surface Pro 6!
I had to buy this because I left my original Surface Pro 6 charger at my son's house when I went to visit over Christmas. I figured I'd leave that one there for when I visit and I bought this one. Works just good as the original charger and the bonus is it has a USB port if I need an extra!

Great price for a quick replacement
For 15 dollars it does the job. My surface pro 3 is working again and I'm glad I didn't have to spend $90 for a genuine OEM product from Microsoft. I just got this so I don't know how long it will last but I'm sure if you take gentle care of it, it will work for a long time.

Good charger.
My factory charger went out and as a college student during finals week I was absolutely FREAKING OUT! So I ordered this and after 2 days it arrived. I thought it didn’t work because the light on the portal didn’t work but the charger charges my surface book 2 just fine.

Not as good in quality as the original OEM charging cable that came with your Surface Pro!
I purchased this charging cable to replace the original that came with my Surface Pro. The original cable was much more pliable and was made with a much higher quality insulation. The cord I bought was not as durable. The cable has cracked at the base of the connection to the power block. If OSHA saw this cable they would tell me to throw it out! It has become a hazard and the wires are exposed.

It works
This charger for the Surface Pro is the bomb. It works quite well as should be expected. This appears to be a Micro$oft OEM product or it is a good fake with a Micro$oft hologram sticker on it. Since I was hoping it was a genuine OEM replacement part I am going to continue telling myself it is. I feel better that way otherwise I would feel I was ripped off and that irks me. I don't like being irked.

Didn't Last
Worked fine for a few days then went intermittent. I'm certain the issue lies in the cable that connects to the tablet because the USB outlet works fine.

So far so good!
I have had this charger for about a month and so far it works as well as the original one. It does heat up more easily and I have been making sure it's not connected unless I'm actively charging my computer (and I have avoided charging my computer for prolonged periods of time). My only concern/question is that on one side, the charger says "Replace AC adapter" is the original one a place-holder? I still have my original adapter and it works so I swapped them out, but does this mean the one this charger comes with us not recommended for use?
