Primary Care: The Art and Science of Advanced Practice Nursing 4th Edition

This text has a more comfortable font than the textbook I had been using. It is comprehensive in coverage of the material and flows with the questions in the study guide. Use this to build your knowledge base, then do the questions, mark the ones you got wrong. Go onto the next chapter and then double back to just those you got wrong. That was my strategy and it worked! THIS BOOK IS AN EXCELLENT RESOURCE. GOOD LUCK.

Organized text, easy to read. Case studies are relevant to practice. Excellent test bank questions to help review the different systems.

The book comes with a unique code to use online resources, including access to the textbook online. I find it extremely helpful to use this textbook at home for reading and studying, but it is heavy. If I need the text away from home, I log into the website and view the textbook online. The online textbook is searchable and you can select by page number as well. Note: you have to buy the book NEW to get a unique access code for the online features.

Not a terribly well-composed book, but it arrived without damage, so it’s adequate for the classroom needs.

The book provides great details the diseases are broken down epidemiology , pathophysiology , differential diagnosis, treatment , follow up/ education.

Required text for FNP school.

Our entire mid term test was from this book. I like it has the differential diagnosis included.
