The sticky part isn’t great, the Velcro part works great

Created a skirt for a portable baptistry that had to be removable - this was the perfect solution. The loop side attached to the frame - we did staple gun in a few places because of the weight of the skirt. And the fuzzy side attached to the skirt itself - we did run a line of stitching the full length of the skirt, again because of the weight of the fabric. Went on easy and neatly. I also made a small curtain for my husbands office that is only up when there is a baptism [serves as dressing room] and we did not staple that. Confident of the adhesive for such a small amount of fabric. And we still have a lot left to use on other projects!

If force is applied the wrong way, like if you tried to make a mini-mantle by adhering the shorter side of a two-by-four to the wall, the adhesive fails before the velcro does.Still great for a lot of uses but I would recommend it primarily for cases where it can bear the load while oriented vertically.

I purchased this hook and loop tape to hang photo frames. It works as described. I did not hold pressure to the frames until I was assured they were placed exactly right. I moved the frames and then applied pressure after getting them in the correct spot. I liked that I could easily move the frames with the tape attached until pressure was applied. The price is the best for this type of product.

The Velcro hook and loop are good quality and bind together well. Unfortunately the adhesive on the back is not so great so when you pull to separate the Velcro odds are you will pull the Velcro off whatever you have it attached to.

I performed a basic performance test on this velcro tape when I got it. I bonded the tape to a 1lb piece of steel and a piece of glass, both extremely clean. This should be about ideal for a contact adhesive tape. The tape was loaded entirely in shear, not in peel. It failed after 3 days at room temperature (~76F). The adhesive in the tape failed on the glass side. Based on the size of the tape I used, this was 0.7 psi shear stress which is pretty laughable. Any decent double sided mounting tape should hold up to at least 10 psi minimum.The bond feels solid at first, but the adhesive creeps and fails over time. May be suitable for incredibly light duty tasks, but will likely fail over time with any virtually any load. It will be worse at elevated temperatures. I would only consider this product for extremely temporary fixtures, which kind of defeats the point of adhesive velcro tape where the velcro is meant to be the temporary aspect.

I bought this product for work, specifically to help set a robot docking station in place so it wouldn't move. Once I figured out the different sides of the tape met together, I was able to use it to set the docking station. The tape provided a solid hold so the dock would not move. This is going to be useful for me in the future!

We ended up sewing it to the fabric but this is an issue with fabric and adhesives in general. The velcro itself comes with sticky tape on both parts of the velcro and enough room to sew it if you choose to do so instead.

Great tape to use to fasten new slipcovers to my chairs!

Works well for a while, eventually loses it's stickiness.

I applied this tape to my coach cushions to keep them in place in less than four hours. They were all completely detached again, probably wouldn’t recommend buying this unless it was being purchased for some other purpose.

I purchased this along with some quick setting wood glue to better secure our bed slats to the frame. A 3 or 4 hour project to complete. Going from the slats falling off of the frame nightly, to not falling off at all since I installed the Velcro is such a dream. A great product!
