Elevated flavor profile
Much more intense flavor than the readily available grocery store brand that shall be nameless. Reminds of the way soy sauce tasted when I was a child. So happy to have found it. It elevates the flavor to whatever I add it.

Rich, delicious, not overwhelming
This is our new go-to soy sauce. I wouldn't say it's subtle, but it doesn't overwhelm more delicate flavors. Great as a dipping sauce. Definitely works for cooking and marinating. Not too salty, either.

Kimlan Soy Sauce - 20 oz.
love this soy sauce and it taste great the only negative is the little yellow insert inside the bottle. you have to pull it out and it will spill. I think it needs a lid with holes in it so you can sprinkle it out in moderation o your desired food.

10yrs ago from Amazon I bought this in individual packages thing I got 500 people thought I stole them. But it's great to have bottles. My next purchase will try the aged version

YouTube Chef Jon Kung recommended Kimlan for being less salty and more flavorful, just like the label says. I really like it for salad dressings and "extra soy sauce" added after cooking.
