Impossible to set up and missing important parts. No instruction manual and no customer support!
This car stereo was a problem from the beginning! First of all, the camera was missing from the package and when I messaged, Amazon said they couldn't help me and that I had to go directly to the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they can't do anything because it wasn't shipped directly from their warehouse, so they aren't responsible for missing pieces. I ended up just buying one because this stereo doesn't work with any other brand camera. And after installation found, that it doesnt even work with its own camera! There is zero customer support and there is absolutely no user guide or manual at all. (You can go onto the Joying website and download one for $50.) The stereo itself is all in German when you power it up. I had to use google translate to figure how to get it to english. Then from there it was still next to impossible to figure out how to set it up. They do not include the disk to use the navigation. There are so many features that dont even work without the disk needed to incorporate the apps! This stereo is so much trouble and you can't return it! DO not even waste your time! I'm now stuck with a $400 stereo that doesnt have working cameras or navigation. I could have bought a simple car radio.
