These are great! I have used them for a couple of months now, and I can get away with nothing else. On my heavy days, I do change out before bed, but so far, no leaks. They feel like regular underwear too, and the bamboo is very soft. I've used other reusable pads, which always seemed to bunch and were thick. Not these. I'm 5'7" and wear a 10 pant. My measurements say to get 6 in Jockey underwear, but I feel 5 fits better. I get an AUS12 in the lace top style , and they are the perfect fit. I'm planning on starting my daughter out in these when she becomes a tween. I just put them in a separate intimates bag and wash with my normal clothes, hang to dry. Putting them outside in the UV is best, but I had no issues indoors.
