Works great
Lightweight and extremely portable. Great for all those little jobs. Makes it a lot easier than lugging my big heavy weight compressor to do small finish work jobs.

Doesn’t hold much air, but it’s quite and works.
If you plan on blowing your garage out or cleaning air filters, forget about it. This thing holds the tiniest little bit of air… like a soda can. But for pumping up bike tires, it’s great.

The Latest is not Always the Greatest.
I thought I would save a few dollars by buying a factory reconditioned compressor, I only have a need for it a few times a year and figured this would be good enough. The compressor arrived with marginal packing and did not function properly from day one. As soon as I plugged it in the pressure regulator was leaking and when I attempted to adjust it it sounded like the spring in the regulator broke. The compressor would run the shut off point, shut off and continue to leak until it kicked back on. Numerous reviews have stated problems with the pressure regulator and I’m sure that’s why this one was returned. I immediately started the return process and ordered a replacement, I ordered the older version of this compressor, the PC1010.The new compressor arrived before I returned the first one and was able to compare the two compressors. The compressor and motor are identical on both compressors and the only difference is in the support frame and the manifold for the gauges and regulator. The PC1010N has an integral manifold with the regulator built into it and if the regulator should fail as mine did it would be difficult to replace that part of the compressor. I opted for the older version where the regulator is a separate item and could be replaced with a better quality regulator if needed. There are several other compressors that use the same regulator manifold and have had similar poor reviews because of the regulator and it failing.
