A great resource for busy business women who want to look good but don't know how
Lizzie's book is different from anything I read on the subject. It's not a photo book showing pictures of outfits and hairstyles which would get outdated soon.It starts from a deep reflection about how your look influences the way you feel and the way you are perceived. It then walks you through a step by step method on how to tackle the different aspects of creating your signature style. The exercises are easy to do and make perfect sense and will encourage you to find your authentic style. A style that makes you feel good and confident.I definitely recommend it to all busy women who neglected their look but understand how important it is.

Invest in your appearance and get the career you want
Clear advice and lots of practical tips for your wardrobe management. The book inspired me to book a private session with professional stylist (last session was 6 years ago) and get rid of the clothes I don’t need anymore.

This book has been an invaluable tool to my feeling confident and prepared to start work now after having children. I realised early on in the book the amount of energy I have wasted worrying about how I look without just getting conscious and clear for a few hours(!) about what I need for this new stage in my life!?! I have just not taken my personal image seriously enough and seen buying clothes as a bit frivolous somehow.Online shopping is obviously brilliant but as Lizzie points out has also just been a minefield of wrong sizing, whim purchases and unsuitable items- returning things constantly has taken up precious time and energy. I just accepted all this. There have been days where Im rushing the school run before work and spent the whole day feeling uncomfortable and unprepared because of what Im wearing and how thats made me feel! Thanks to the amazingly simple and clear advice in this book I have got an idea of my career goals, started an inspiration board on pinterest, already cleared out my wardrobe with my new image in mind (I love some of my own clothes again!) worked out really easy combinations and got really clear about a few things I am missing that I need at some point! I literally feel lighter : ))))I know I will read this again and do these exercises and will be highly recommending this book to anyone regardless of their career or needing to be a leader as its just been so completely helpful!

How to dress for your business whilst remaining 'you'
This book helps guide you through ways to discover 'you' and what style suits you and the industry that you are in so that you present the best version of yourself. It is a fantastic guide for anyone that is struggling to know how to get their style of dress 'right' for their professional circumstances. I was recommended it initially and very pleased to have bought it. It is written in a very straightforward way and easy to follow.

Easy read & great guidance
I'm not in high corporate, but run the sales & marketing for a print company. I've struggled with a 'relaxed creative' yet business style for late 50's. I can't wait to put Lizzie's guided steps into action. I love a plan and her easy to follow steps really works for me. I'm going to allocate chunks of time in my diary and will enjoy piecing together a new wardrobe.I highly recommend this book when you are at critical crossroads or have simply 'lost your way'. When I was younger I had no concerns on how I dressed. As I've got older I am more concerned over what's 'appropriate' for my age and yet still modern and not ageing. I love Lizzie's thoughts on finding my style and building on it.

Lizzie has developed a well considered process for looking your best. Intended for those building a successful career, the approach will also work for others. I found that if you do the work, it makes you think differently about how you look. Once you have developed a clear idea of your personal brand, there are lots of tips about how to put it into action. Very positive and enabling. When you do the work, you get results.
