Sounds and lights are fun. This was larger than I expected and well worth the cost. Grandson is loving it!

My grand son loves it .the only draw back is i had to reorder it because it didn't get to him on Xmas.They sent it to a different location and wanted me to pick it up which was not cool.

So I bought this for my son's 3rd birthday and I have to say, he absolutely loves it. I, however, wish I had read a little more carefully what this Dino-car was. So I didn't catch that this car is an "automatic" transformer. This means that the car will transform back and forth between a car and a t-rex without any input from your child; I do not like this feature. I thought my son would be able to transform it himself and be able to play with it as a car or as a t-rex, but this is not the case. If he wants to play with it as a car, we have to turn it on and wait for the transformation into a car and then turn it off immediately; the same goes for if he wants to play with it as a t-rex. If you just leave it on, it will constantly change between a t-rex and a car, over and over and over, while playing transformation effects, t-rex roars, and 80s music. There is no way to turn the volume up or down either. If you try to transform the car yourself, you can, but it won't ever stay in the form a t-rex if you aren't holding it in that form. It's just disappointing as a parent to think you found one thing and it's not that at all. I can't give this a 1 star because it does seem pretty sturdy and my son does love it, but it is not what I thought it was going to be. Also, I thought this would come with 3 cars, but it does not; it only has one and you have no control over what color you're going to get. Lastly, my son has now had this for 3 days. It has already broken; it no longer transforms all the way from dinosaur to car. It is stuck in a transitional half-form.

What I disliked Most was my wife complaining to ME that it was so SMALL a box... I'm not sure if she thinks it should be about the size of a CAR or a TYRANNOSAURE Rex. or just much bigger... Regardless it's for a Grand nephew and to my mind he should be happy with whatever he gets. My wife does not conceptualize the financial enormity of gifting to an ever expanding 3 generations... Sure as heck they do not reciprocate in kind even with a thankyou note, call,e-mail,text or even a thank you as they eviserate and shred the wrapping paper.

Bought for a 5 year 9ld son for Christmas and he hasn't put it down. Based on his reaction it was a good buy.

Stopped moving within an hour of opening. Also just a note for the parents out there- this Literally the most annoying sounding toy in the universe. It roars for 2 seconds then plays a four second song and loops non stop. Awful and cheaply made - pass on it for sure!!

Entrancing! Simple as this toy is it is intoxicating and entrancing to a toddler. Definitely worth the money.
