I purchased the Figure 8 Posture Corrector to help improve my poor posture. This was truly a waste of money. The Posture Corrector just hangs on me; the straps do not adjust small enough for a snug fit. And I am a medium-sized woman, certainly not a super-petite person. It may work for a large man or someone with a wide back, otherwise, there is no way this product could correct anyone's posture.

This is an “okay” product. When worn, it places pressure on the back up the neck pushing the head into a forward tilt/ bad neck posture. It does not tighten enough to really get the clavicles into position. When you do tighten it, it just slides until it puts pressure on the neck. Also, when tightened, if you move around it just slides back into bad positioning again. I find when the product does work, it is upside down (kind of weird). I am a male with an athletic build, broad/wide chest and back. If your dysfunction has anything to do with shoulder and neck posture, I would not recommend.

This product has changed my life! People who haven't seen me in awhile ask me if I've gotten taller. I may have gained some inches! I'm telling you, it works if you go slow at first and think "shoulders back and down." The harness is there to remind/support you to do this. It pulls your head away from your shoulders elongating your neck and preventing that hunched over text-neck turtle look. The first few days are difficult so start slow. I wore mine for a few hours the first day and I felt dizzy, lightheaded and my upper back sort of hurt. I am thinking this had to do with releasing my spine because now I am feeling completely realigned! I can wear the brace all day every day now and it prevents me from curving inward and slouching. You forget how much you do this throughout the day. This product is a game changer and I love it. 5 STARS

Really like this. It’s just like a backpack without the pack. Adjustable straps and extra padding provided. Only starting off with an hour a day as I have chronic neck/back pain. Good quality.

Does work on making you keep good posture but I feel like the back would have been a little longer it feels awkward on your back.

Straps loosening up. Had to purchase safety pins.

Didn’t work well for me. Too small for my bust /back size. I really wanted this to be the answer to my posture problem.
