It does what it needs to. Good quality. I didn't love the connection to the vent with zip ties but it is working surprisingly well.

This is a godsend for cars that have no rear AC vents. I hate that we had to blast the AC before getting this and our toddler would be removed from her car seat covered in sweat. I felt horrible. She's also rear facing so we'd have to rely on air circulation to help her. No longer. This thing is awesome. I love that now I don't have to worry. Must have for anyone in warm climates especially with no rear AC vents for their little ones or animals this could work for them too. It would be nice for anyone sitting in the backseat even adults. The only advice I can give is this. Make sure to remove the Noggle when not in use. This is practical as the heat can warp the vent due to the weight of the Noggle so remove it to save your vent. Also close one of the dash vents to increase air pressure to the Noggle. We have four dash vents. One on each side and two in the middle. We used the middle ones for convenience so we closed the other middle vent near the Noggle to create more flow to the Noggle. Also start the car and run the AC for a bit either before connecting the Noggle or before putting the baby in the car seat. The hot air blasts through until the AC kicks in. The Noggle actually cools off her car seat buckles and straps which is nice so they aren't hot, so we run the car till cold before putting her in the car for a couple reasons. When in doubt about length purchase the longer Noggle. I'm glad we did as it has the ability to rest out of where my toddler can reach it as well as reach her comfortably. If we bought the shorter version I believe is 6 foot it would have been taut and in the way which means she would be constantly messing with it. We have a mid sized car and we have it hooked to the rear headrest for her if that gives you the length to think about. The 8 footer is perfect for our vehicle. What did we ever do without it? LOVE IT

Ok to let me start off by saying that this isn't the most eye pleasing device but it does get the job done. I got the black one that is 6 feet long. My son was always sweating when I took him out of his rear facing car seat not even having the AC in our 4-door sedan so I went looking for a solution since he wont be front facing for a little while longer which is how I found this product. I must say this product does a great job but it is not made for a sedan (Toyota Corolla), the reason I say this is because it's to big to fit under the seat and we have to have it over the front passenger seat which takes up all the middle counsel rest area but beside that my son loves it. He actually asked for it to be turned on as soon as we put him in his car seat. The installation was super simple and quick, our car has two narrow AC vents (in the middle) and two round vents (on each side) we tried the middle but because the narrow vents are so small, even for the rectangle piece that the Noggle comes with, the air flow wasn't great, so we moved it to the passenger side round vent (the Noggle comes with two attachments a rectangle one and a round one and also two reusable zip ties, which makes it easy to put it on and take it off) which improved the air flow but like I mentioned before it is kind of n the way but very manageable, we also realize that we have to make sure that we have it installed before we close the door because if not we can't put it on properly. This product has honestly been a life saver (not literally) and I would buy another if I need to, best $45 I have spent to help my baby be more comfortable in the car especially since we live in FL and it is hot almost all year. Thank you for this product it is truly amazing. The only thing I would request is that they made it more universal for all different air vents so its a little easier to install also that the "air duct" (long tube thing) would thinner so it could fit better either under the seat or so it is at least not so bulky.

It fit in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Perfect for my backseat passengers, especially rear facing ones. I looked into this Noggle the first time we put a kid rear facing in a car seat but hesitated to not buy it because of the price. That was a mistake. I'm so glad I finally got it. Don't let the price steer you away. It's such a relief to know the kids are more comfortable in the back seat, and they are less whiny because they are actually cool. I tried a mini fan before this, it was practically useless. My tip, use a string to measure from the vent you plan to connect this to, and see how far you'll want the Noggle to reach to decide on the length. I purchased an 8ft, but now realize I could have gotten the 6ft. Regardless, I'm keeping it. And I feel cooler because I learned how to remove my vent and take it apart to fit the Noggle attachment, then reinstall it, and now keep my kids cool. Also, removing the vent cover in my Jeep is super easy, so this required no tools and no assistance. I literally did this in my driveway while the baby was asleep in the car, with the a/c running of course. Update: 5 years later and we are still using this in the Jeep! Now the kids have one more thing to fight about in the back seat, or they kindly take turns passing it around on a hot day. This would also be a great addition for a pet in the backseat, or trunk space (which is super convenient when i have groceries in the trunk and no kids).

One could be forgiven for thinking that a Toyota Corolla LE would be a small enough vehicle where air flow could make it to the back of the car. That's unfortunately not the case. At least not in the Texas heat. My kids come out of the backseat with faces redder than tomatoes and sweating buckets. So, I got this. The smallest size that I could find comes at 6 ft in length. That is a HUGE size for this vehicle. The other issue I had was with the velcro strap. Either it is too long for my car's small size, or the velcro strap I had was bogus, because it wouldn't stay stuck together. And when I finally did get it to stick together, the vent droops down with the vent aimed at the floor. The price is also ridiculous. I could have bought a short garden hose for 10 bucks to do this same thing. I paid $70 and had to jerry-rig this thing to fit. Honestly I'm going to give it a go today when I pick up the kids from school but I have my doubts that this is going to work. I'm probably going to end up returning this by the end of the day. I'm disappointed this didn't work out for my car. I'm sure it works great for other vehicles. My friend loves hers and gave it a 5 star review, which is why I bought one. But she has an SUV where this hose fit like a glove. I do not. Like I said, it probably was designed for larger vehicles. I read that this company is just starting out with making these so I hope in the future they include hoses for compact vehicles. A 4 ft, or even a 2 ft hose would have worked just fine for my car. With a smaller Velcro strap to fit the narrow space between the front and back seats.

I don’t really ever review anything I buy off Amazon bc that would take a long time, but this is something that I was very hopeful for that just absolutely failed. Firstly, trying to find somewhere to put the end for my child to feel it was extremely hard. There was no real place I could attach it when he was still backwards facing, so I had to make do by it only hitting the top of his head, and occasionally he still was able to reach up and rip it down. Then, regardless of him being front or back facing, he was still extremely hot, red faced, and sweaty. It ultimately fails to do its main job of “making the backseat cool again” and instead just makes for a pain in the ass when it’s already hot. It messed up my vent despite being gentle with it. The covering started slipping off and we were never able to make it stay once it started doing it. I will say the one plus it is durable, as it lasted a whole summer and went into storage during winter, and came out just fine. I would not pay for this product again, especially at its ridiculous price point.

I live in the Midwest where temps inside a vehicle (more specifically a black leather interior) can easily reach temps of 120+ degrees. I bought this in hopes of getting some extra air to my 7 month old son in the back seats for car rides where we're not in the car very long, so the car never has a chance to cool down all the way. Lemme say, this product works AMAZING. You will not be disappointed! We have a Dodge Journey, and the 6ft worked perfect for my son's rear-facing seat. The output of air is slightly less than that of the vent, but on the other side of that coin, I don't really want it blasting his face (or arm, or head, or wherever the noggle is pointing at at the time). When not in use, or my son isn't in the car with me, the Noggle easily detached from the air vent and the air can still flow through the attachment on the vent. It did take a little longer than the "30 second installation", but I'm good with it! It keeps my little guy cool in the excessive humidity, and I plan on keeping him nice and toasty in the winter too! Great, product, highly recommended.

I was so thankful to finally be able to turn my little guy around and be forward facing...and then his sister came along. After two sweaty summers we were thankful to have a forward facet that could feel the AC blowing on his face for once! Then his sister came along and here we are again. I just couldn’t do another summer of hot sweaty baby screaming in the back of the car. The AC in my Jeep Grand Cherokee is located on the center console towards your feet and it just cannot blow hard enough to reach a rear facing infant. We have hot summers here (over 100 a lot of days) and I have to go out sometimes to run errands. It sucks having two sweaty babies in the car! So...I found this device and it has helped a lot! It connects easily to the back vents with zip ties and then the hose connects to that vent clip. I have found that the hose can come unattached to the vent clip and then, obviously no air will come out of the hose. So, you have to watch that. My son likes to hold onto it too when Sis isn’t in the car with us.

To keep my baby cool during summer heat while she is in the car seat

We have a jeep wrangler so the noggle doesn’t fit our vents - (we knew this before purchasing) but we used strong tape to make it work! So happy we bought this. It has been such a help with the summer heat

My initial thought was that it seemed quite expensive but hoped that this product might be a perfect solution to keeping my dog cool in his travel crate in the boot of my car. Sadly not. Unfortunately the Noggle doesn't fit over the air vents in my VW Tiguan, it was too big to cover one and not big enough to cover both so left a huge gap which meant all the aircon just escaped and didn't vent to the rear. Such a shame as I had high hopes for this!

This hose is awesome! Good quality. I have a camper van and no air conditioning in the back. This hose works great to get some of that cool air to the back. I have already used it twice. I bought an 8’ hose which reaches about 1/2 way to the back. They provide two vent clamps. One round and one square. They attach simply with a zip cord. Super easy to install. 5 min. Only two things: one: I wish the hose cover came in fun colours. It only came in black. Two: Where the hose clamps meets the vent — some air escapes (very little actually) plus I didn’t want the clamp to scratch the dash. I don’t know if it would have but I decided to cut pieces of velcro and stick it all around the part that touches the dash. This actually ensures no scratching of my dash and also stops that little bit of extra air from escaping. Great product though. 5 stars! Much desired for hot weather.
