2016 Silverado, rides like a Cadillac.
I didn't use this shock to lower my Silverado, I used the ihc control arms. Using this strut alone to lower your truck will never align correctly. However the valving gives a smooth ride for us older guys still running lowered trucks!

Impressive Ride Quality
Very straightforward installation on a 2017 Sierra Double Cab. Adjusted to provide a 1" drop and had no issues with performing the alignment (Belltech 2" spindles and 5" flip kit also installed). To my surprise, the ride quality is as good or better vs. the OEM Z60 suspension. I'm thoroughly impressed with the Belltech Street Performance dampers, and would definitely recommend them.

Excellent ride quality
Didnt lift my 2015 tahoe like i thought it would but does ride way better than expected. Night and day vs the oem. I added a 1.5 inch level kit to the shocks to get the lift, and man these shocks perform great on the road. Highly recommend them

Buyer beware gmt900!
I’m not sure if there is a manufacturing issue going on or what but the past two 25004 shocks I have bought do not work on a gmt900 truck (2007.5-2013 1500’s) not correctly anyways. That or they need to start supplying a .450 spacer in the kit. They step on the end of the rod is machined wrong and you will have 3/4” inch gap between your top spring perch and the bottom of your shock nut/washer. If you look at my pictures and videos, you will see the difference between the older 25004 (with two steps on the shaft) and the newer one(the one with only one step). This gap will cause a front end noise.

Easy way to lower or level your truck
This must be the best way to level or lower your truck up to 2" while improving the ride quality. The OEM struts on the 2016-2018 Silverado suck... they are too bouncy and do nothing to help the truck handle. The Belltech provides better valving when compared with the OEM struts. On a side note, you're better off trimming your factory bump-stop the amount of inches you're lowering your truck rather than using the one provided with the struts. Due to the longer "travel" of this strut your suspension will be allowed to over compress the shock and you will end up rubbing on the fender liner excessively.

Great shocks.
The adjustability is simple but very effective. I usually use monotube tube shocks heavy on compression and rebound however these twin tubes work very well on my Denali and Sierra. Both vehicles have struts dropped 2"

Satisfied Customer!!!!
Honestly, I can’t think of a single dislike about them. They did exactly what I wanted. Lifted my front end to clear my 22x14s on 420s.I contacted Belltech directly, explained what I wanted to level the front, drop the rear 2”, and I wanted it to handle good. These were recommended and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! This thing looks SIK AF, and handles like it’s on rails!
