Best knife I have ever abused...
They say not to trust knives unless they are full tang, but since my childhood I have used this knive for everything! Chopping, throwing, spearing etc.. It handled it all for years... The only thing I did not do with this knife was chop rocks! Duh.. It was scraped and banged up! But never fractured or broke. Unfortunately when i grew up as a teenager, it was stolen. Many years later I happened upon this knive being sold on Amazon. When I first saved the money to buy this knife in 1985, it was $70.00. Today it is over $200.00 but if i still am willing to pay this ridiculous amount of money for a knife made in Spain, that should say something about my experience with this knife. Im not kidding, it took many years of torture and even neglect. I lost in in my backyard for about 8 months growing up in Guam which is very wet and humid. When I finally found it under some mud near the house I rubbed it off and it had no rust, just some tarnishing. Wish i never lost it but so happy I am able to buy another. I also bought the jungle King II on amazon and its so modest in size and weight in comparison, its almost laughable, but I can understand the practical use as well. Not every camping trip needs to feel like Rambo! I am currently ordering an Aitor Desert King also. If you are a fan of the knife line, you owe it to yourself to look into this knife as well.

My goodness! What a knife!
The Spaniards have outdone themselves, the Jungle King 1 is absolutely the best money can buy. Every detail lets you know this survival ensemble has been manufactured by the highest craftmanship. It's an heirloom.
