Apocalyptic Prophecies Explored!
When escaping wights cause Panloopticon contraptions to go kaput, it’s up to Jacob and his peculiar crew to enact some invisible recon, decipher map fragments, and track icky, gooey trails of hollowgast residue. Startling discoveries are made, graveyards are robbed, obscure ingredients are collected, and captives are freed.I was absolutely captivated by the🌪 tornadic scene of terror, and one thing is indisputably certain: “Wights always have an evil agenda!” Will the team be able to keep the dangerous, devious, and depraved from wreaking further destructive havoc and mayhem?

Perfect
Finally the next installment! I've been going crazy waiting for this I must have pre-ordered it the second it was available to. Now the long agonising wait until the last one. Well at least I've got this one to cheer me up. I love seeing the pictures and how the writer keeps up the fantasy with them. This will be my bedtime reading for the next few days.

A peculiar adventure full of action and friendship
‘Return to the extraordinary world of Miss Peregrine's Peculiar Children . . .’The Conference of the Birds picks up right where ‘A Map of Days’ end and Jacob has been trusted with a mission to safely deliver the new peculiar Noor, to an operative known as V. Noor is however being hunted by those who know her powers, and how important she is to the prophecy. With the help of Jacob and his peculiar friends, he must get Noor safely to V, no matter the consequences.I’m always happy to return to peculiardom with all these amazing peculiar peculiars an dive into their wild adventures. Riggs’ writing always sucks you in and keeps you in this trance of thought where you are constantly guessing of what may come next.Within this new instalment by Ransom Riggs Noor (the new peculiar) is being hunted as she is said to be part of this ancient prophecy. Some as said the prophecy to be a bit Cliche, do you? Personally I don’t. I think this element brings a great amount of mystery to the story and it’s this type of plot that will keep you at the edge of your seat.CHARACTERS: Riggs is always introducing you to new characters and their peculiarities, and let me tell you there are a few you meet along the wayWhoever has read ‘A Map of Days’ - which you must to follow on to ‘The Conference of the Birds’ - would sadly know that Emma and Jacobs relationship has come to a devastating end. I particularly dislike it when a relationship does not work out in a story because you some what get used to that particular coupling, however the way Riggs executes the new love interests in ‘The Conference of the Birds’ made it feel more real, because in reality not every relationship is not a fairytale of ‘Happily Ever After.’I wouldn’t quite say that The Conference of the Birds’ lived up to ‘A Map of Days’. The fourth instalment was steady and packed a lot of info, which was beneficial to introducing you to this whole new side of the peculiar world. It was detailed and felt like it was well thought through, where as this one seemed slightly rushed and did not seem to contain much detail, however I still loved it.I will never get enough of ‘Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children Series and the sixth installment needs to be in my hands very soon as that ending was a crippling cliffhanger and I’m thirsty for more information .So if you like the sound of a thrilling adventure with new peculiar friends with powers, then ‘Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children Series is for you.

Another great addition to the series
As this is the fifth instalment in the Miss Peregrine's series, I'm more than familiar with all the wonderful quirky characters and the fantastical storylines. Admittedly the series has had its ups and downs, as I imagine most series do really. But this latest adventure, The Conference of the Birds, wasn't that far off the level of the first two 😱 New characters were introduced, with more depth and history added to the plot as well. I won't share any specifics but I'm really not sure what to do with myself after that ending!

No resolution
And so the story continues. Let's hope RR has a continuing supply of plausable ideas. Cliff hanger ending, so bring on the next book. You need deep pockets to keep up with this series.

Not the best in the series
All the peculiars are back together again, they lived in a loop known as Devils Acre in the late 1800's, they were interested in a woman called V,, the last hollow slayer alive, we slid into another loop at Bentherns Farm, Wights and a Hollow broke out of prison and seemed to be after Jacob and Noor,From here I will let you make up your own mind
