Kikkoman Oyster Sauce, 12.6 Ounce

i'm not celiac, but i need & want gluten-free for other health-critical anti-inflammatory reasons. [i grew up eating gluten, but gluten is pro-systemic-inflammatory for the past ~20years.] this Kikkoman gluten-free oyster sauce is gourmet-level excellent. not too sweet or salty. a thick, a-little-goes-along-way, non-"fishy," umami. cooks/serves exactly like traditional oyster sauce. [i sometimes even throw an heaping teaspoon of it into my savory protein smoothies.] retail glass bottle also a plus - no micro-/nano-plastic from packaging. there's no culinary downside. nothing lost by being gluten-free. my only wish is that AMZ sell in much larger bottles.

Really fine taste and texture for this Gluten Free, vegan oyster flavored sauce. No downsides on this product. We used it last night in a vegan stir fry along with Butler Soy Curls and a gluten free miso paste and the outcome was outstanding. Vert happy.

We love the Kikkoman brand for its Gluten Free offerings which are a must in our family with a Celiac. It is like you flew to the Mediterranean Sea plucked the most premium oysters available, and milked them.. and every drop was mixed with spices from the deepest of all the Amazon forest, and mixed with the crystal clear water from Arctic icebergs.. Or i could tell you it taste like oyster sauce... either way, ENJOY!

Love that this sauce is gluten-free! It allows me to make my favorite recipes and not have to cut out the extras like this sauce!

Always use this oyster sauce when making LoMein at home. Delicious and reliable

This is a trusted brand for me. I generally cook Asian food three or four times a month so I use quite a lot of oyster sauce. For pho, it’s a necessity. The only complaint that comes to mind is one of the bottles was leaking from a loose, damaged lid. That doesn’t affect the quality of the sauce and most likely due to poor handling during shipping.
