I looked at a lot of scooters and decided on this one based on the features listed. I was a little disappointed. The scooter is not very compact and does not fold easily. The turn radius isn't that great, although it does provide more stability with the shortened radius. It's just not very convenient to get around on inside my house. You definitely have to be careful on even the slightest bumps as even a very small threshold can pitch the handlebars abruptly. If you aren't careful it could dump you over. It is definitely not an all terrain scooter. You need smooth even surfaces for a safe ride.I would also highly recommend purchasing an additional cushion/pad for the leg rest as it is very hard. It caused me so much pain in my upper tibia the first two days that I almost returned it knowing crutches wouldn't not have been anymore painful. It is better with the additional padding. The one thing I know for sure is that I will be one happy camper when my Achilles tendon heals and I can ditch the aircast boot and scooter!

I had wanted to purchase a knee scooter for several months. I have arthritis in my foot and have a hard time walking. I spent months looking at different models and decided on this one based on price and reviews. I am so glad I did. It was so easy to put together. I love that is folds for travel, I will be able to get out and do more with it. It is very sturdy, yet still light weight enough that I can lift it. Very please with my purchase!

We needed a scooter that would fold compactly into a small car as we were going on a long road trip with several suitcases and other packages taking most of the storage space. This was the only scooter that folded in the middle and got down to a manageable size. The pad is pretty hard and the cover is somewhat "sticky" which gave my wife a pretty sore knee after the first day. Bought a sheepskin cover with velcro straps and additional pad which helped greatly. One of the product photos shows it folded up but the handle bar is removed and stuck through the body crosswise - that doesn't seem to make alot of sense for keeping it compact and then the handle is floating around loose. I pushed the handle all the way down and then drilled an extra hole where the adjustment bolt goes through to keep the handle in place while folded. Works very well.

Needs a supplemental cushion. Without it, the pain is unbearable on the knee. I used a small pillow fastened with Velcro to the seat. Two weeks post foot surgery I just order the extra online cushion designed to fit my scooter. It should have come with it in the first place. If you can, order Pre surgery and practice maneuvering around your space. I can’t put any weight on my foot so this scooter has overall helped me tremendously.

Great knee scooter! Only draw back is that the knee cushion is very hard. After a day of use you really start to notice how hard it is. I got a 2.5 inch cushion that installed with Velcro and it has worked out fine so far. That is the reason for only 4 stars.

I am currently using the scooter and am finding it to be a very useful tool getting around the house post surgery on my right foot. The key is lifting the front wheels off the ground to maneuver around tight spaces. Otherwise just push and roll like a normal scooter. I have not tried to fold it to take out on excursions, but I have taken it outside to go down the driveway and down the street to the mailbox and back. It was very stable and rolled great.

Only for smooth surfaces and the titlie is a scam because it differently is not all terrain. I have been using this knee scooter for 3 weeks. The cushion was very comfy at first but after about three weeks it developed a tear in seam. The tear runs most the length of the pad and is not comfortable. I attempted to get a replacement seat/pad but no response. I would purchase a different scooter if I could start over.

I’ll change my review once I can unlock the brakes. It came with the brakes locked and I’ve tried to unlock them by the screws on the handlebars with no luck. So can someone please help me out with this?
