I tried this in a strawberry cake recipe instead of just strawberry extract. It was a total gamechanger that really elevated the flavor of the cake and icing. It was a little more expensive than strawberry extract but it was totally worth it. I’m never going back.

Giving it a 4 star because it is indeed emulsion. But. Let me warn you. DO. NOT. CONFUSE. THIS. WITH. EXTRACT! It is not the same and will give your cake or whatever you’re using it for a very strange flavor. My cake was NASTY and had a weird aftertaste. I scrapped the cake and put this emulsion up. I will try to find something it can be used in, but haven’t found anything yet.

Very good strawberry flavor. It is very thick and concentrated so you don't have to use as much. I use it to make ice cream in my Ninja Creami. Would order from this again.

I used this with a couple other things to make bbq sauce and it worked great didnt just cook right off like other flavor brands and I waited till the sauce is almost completely done before adding, then simmered for 15 minutes and the flavor didnt go anywhere.

They have changed the quality and its horrible now!! It was very good before I don't know why they changed it, its not the great strawberry flavor it was before. I only bought this one for the last 5 years and now I'm going to have to find another brand....ugh!!
