Waiting to hear whether he has been successful in his application to work in a bank, Shyam (Sunil Shetty) arranges to stay at the apartment of Babo Rao (Paresh Rawal), where he meets fellow-guest Raju (Akshay Kumar). Shyam, Raju and Babo Rao are all in dire need of money, and when they receive a strange phone call from the kidnapper Kabira (Gulshan Grover) they see their opportunity to make a fortune. Phoning their apartment, Kabira mistakenly believes he is phoning the home of the big industrialist whose daughter he has kidnapped, but the three friends play along with his mistake, staking everything in a dangerous game which could make them very rich indeed.

LOVE IT!
I LOVE THIS MOVIE! it made me laugh till I passed out and ended up in a hospital!what happens is that simran (taboo) in London falls in love with raj (Sunil shetty) also from London and they go on a trip to Europe and they fall in love but simran's dad (akshay Kumar) is against love marriage so he brings her to India to get married but raj loves simrann too much so he goes to India and acts like he doesn't know her and he attends her wedding ceremonies but then he gets caught by the family before the wedding and the next day he gets beaten up in the train station and then simians dad tell her "ja simian ja khale apna hera pheri" and she runs to him:) totally beautiful comedy movie.

Got 2 different copies, both had problems
one looks like it has liquid under plastic and the other has a deep scratch on the top of the disc.I just want a version that will play all the way through.I had bought this prior from another seller and it stopped the subtitles 3/4 of the way into the movie. I have had so many problems trying to get a good copy of the movie.

This was the very first Bollywood film that I watched as part of a film class in college; this film was what got me into Bollywood films in the first place and I have enjoyed many ever since. Great mix of drama and comedy.
