Which side of the dressing is put on the wound?

I just emailed the company to get the answer to this. The directions are not clear. In fact, I ordered the foam that is not supposed to have adhesive and the directions say to "...remove the release film and apply the adherent side to the wound". If I get an answer I will post my findings here.

When you change dressings, do you wash these or put them back on as is?

We throw them away. I do not believe they are intended for more than one application.
