Komi Can't Communicate, Vol. 8: Volume 8

Out of all the various manga I've read over the years, I still can't believe I overlooked one as good as this. Now I'm hooked.

As soon as this item arrived, it was literally taken by my son (15) who then spent the day reading it. He's majorly into the Japanese 'art books' (ok, cartoons to you and I!), and - despite the lack of words/text - does appear to enjoy them. I should say that my son has always been into reading since he was very young and hasn't always been into this style of books. However, I am aware that these are 'in' with the older teens.

i loved watching the anime so I wanted to read the manga as well. the manga is just as good as the anime so i would definitely recommend it.

Colourful little books at a great price

Really enjoyed it, read it in a few days, the middle or just before felt a bit slow, a little lull in the story but it picked up after.

Lovely to read when I’m not busy would definitely recommend to anyone who is into shojo and light comedy manga!

Great series simply told and plenty of comical moments for the protagonists to get through love to see this an an anime

This is a cute Rom-com story pretty somewhat relatable. Good read 8.5/10

Tragam mais volumes

Anche se non mi sono resa conto che non è della J-Pop, è comunque bellissimo! Ho finito di recente di leggere il settimo capitolo (J-Pop) e ho iniziato da poco l'ottavo, e comunque riesco a capirlo. Trascrizione óptima, vignette e testo ben curati, manga ben curato quando consegnato.

This is a wonderful series. I've often seen social anxiety treated as a joke, where those characters are made the butt of jokes but this one does not. While it's a comedy series, Komi's anxiety is treated with gentleness and the other characters are the targets of the humor, all while still being her friends. If you're looking for a nice read that will make you smile, and occasionally laugh, I highly recommend this one.

My daughter reads this series and it's so much cheaper buying them via Amazon than at the store. They are in perfect condition and super fast postage!
