Mixability is miles better than Nakpro Soya which I have been ordering since 7-8months, taste is what you would expect from soya whey. Don't be surprised if you can't gulp it down in one go, add some honey if needed. No digestive issues so far. Ziplock is nice and secure and seals tightly. Going to switch to this from Nakpro whey. Overall a great alternative to expensive milk based whey, just be warned about the taste, all plant whey tastes awful.

I had used AsItIs Pea Protein before this. That one's taste was just horrible. In comparison to that, this Soy Protein's taste is much more doable. I add around 2 spoons of chocolate horlicks for 25g of this powder (I have a separate scoop). As for mixability, again it's doable & much better than the Pea Protein. And muscle gain has been quite amazing as I'm able to achieve 80-90g protein per day with this. For me, digestion was good. Much cheaper than whey, costlier than soyabeans. So, pretty good for the price. 💯

It is very good for muscle building it gives results too but the taste is really worst. It smells like satu..it absorb well..its effective but taste is really worst 🤢
