JOYACCESS Wireless Keyboard and Mouse,2.4G Ergonomic and Slim Wireless Computer Keyboard Mouse Designed for Windows, PC, Laptop,Tablet - Black Grey

I've had this mouse and keyboard set for about a month now and initially, I really liked it. I even had a friend who bought the same one and complained about it and I told her I didn't have any of the issues she did. Well, I spoke too soon. I love how neat this keyboard is and I love all of the color options but this set LAGS. The mouse will just straight up freeze to the point where I have to turn it off and on a few times and slowly the keyboard has been starting to do the same thing. It probably wouldn't bother me but I'm a writer by profession so I am typing literally all day. At least a few times an hour I have to stop and turn the keyboard on and off to try and get it to work smoothly. I'm surprised I was able to type all of this without having to do so! Anyway, it's a decent and good price product but just be warned if you're easily frustrated. There is lag and the only way to get rid of it seems a good ole' fashioned reboot. UPDATE: We are now at a month later and the keyboard just straight up doesn't work UPDATE: Seller offered me a refund but after swapping out my adapter, it seems to be working now!

I teach online and have worked in IT my whole adult life. I get Apple keyboards and trackpads for the Macs, and usually Logitech for the PCs. To keep this short, this JOYACCESS set replaced a Logitech set that is only a few months old. The mouse was constantly lagging from about day 2, and to be honest, I am so used to scissor-switch keyboards, I was thinking about getting a replacement. After I left the Logitech mouse at another house, I needed a quick replacement and ordered this JOYACCESS set, not expecting much except for next-day delivery. At a fraction of the cost of an equivalent Logitech set, it turned out to be far superior. The keyboard is perfect, scissor-switch joy, and I really like that the keys are also textured (as opposed to smooth like an Apple keyboard). It is built just like an Apple keyboard, so it earns points for aesthetics, too. I don't particularly like the END key to the right of the right arrow, only because I use that arrow often, and end up hitting the END key instead. The compact Apple keyboard does not have an END key (whereas the full-sized Apple and the Logitech do), and I think that it could be safely eliminated (just a suggestion). Finally, the mouse is my absolute favorite, EVER! It hasn't lagged, which was my biggest complaint with the Logitech mouse, but beyond stellar connectivity, it is the most responsive mouse I've used, and I do mean "ever." The DPI switch/button was new to me, and the only thing I would recommend would be for JOYACCESS to include some information about that feature in the literature included with the set. Being able to adjust the sensitivity was a bonus I had not expected, and finally I have the perfect setup. The monitor and even the computer shown were also purchased on Amazon, but I'm leaving a review for the lowest cost purchase because this mouse and keyboard are outstanding. After all these years, I've got a new go-to keyboard/mouse brand, and after all that, I suppose I should get back to work.

This keyboard looks and perfectly compliments my Mac mini. When it worked it was great. I moved to working in my bedroom for a few months. I used the mini remotely, from my MacBook Pro, so the keyboard was not in use. When I decided to move back into my office to work, the battery was low. I changed them and it wouldn't turn on. I tried four battery combinations for a total of eight batteries. It was dead. For the price I would expect to ,at the very least, get a year or a year and a half out of it but sadly, it's gone. Update 4-25-22: The seller sent me a very friendly message apologizing for what I experienced. I was assured that the keyboard had a one year warranty and not to worry they would replace the product. They also provided instruction about how to reset the keyboard. I was skeptical but it WORKED! My issue has been completely resolved. The keyboard is working again. Changing my review to five stars not only because I really like the keyboard and mouse, because of the customer service too.Maybe I missed this somewhere: 1.) turn off the keyboard, 2.) unplug the dongle from your computer,3.) turn the keyboard on and hold the ESC+ "+=" keys until the charging led turns on,4.) plug in the dongle quickly. That's it!

0614-2022 Update: There is an idiosyncrasy with the keyboard in which, after a period of non-use, the keyboard does not respond to the first key depression. This is problematic in that the typist has to first discover the mishap and then go back and place the missing typed character. Not good! Almost a strikeout blow for the keyboard but not quite. Original Review: With the exceptions listed below, the JOYACCESS 2.4GB wireless keyboard compares favorably with better known brands, I think. First impressions are that its positives include excellent basic keyboard functionality, a keyboard footprint that is small compared to others I have used, which means more room for palm/wrist support if desired. I also like the improved visibility of the keys & their labels. LEDs intermittently let me know the status of Num and Caps locks. A third LED is labeled ‘Power Indicator’ but indicates nothing since it never comes on. Anyway, I am not sure of since included documentation fails to mention ‘Power Indicator’. After first impressions, there is the all-important keyboard functionality that counts a lot with me. Keys design is of high quality, I think. This keyboard gives a good tactile feel that suggests good design and engineering and construction. Typing is quiet, and each key strike instantly produces an accurate result on the screen. I see are three negatives so far: 1) The ‘manual’ is lacking. The Amazon description of the product offers more information about the product than does the so-called included manual, e.g., The Amazon product description shows the ‘Power Indicator’ in an image callout but otherwise does not mention it. 2) The provided user manual never mentions ‘Power Indicator’, let alone explain its purpose or functionality. The LED Power Indicator on my JOYACCESS combo NEVER comes on—even for a short blink or flash, even during or after bootup, even during shutdown. So, the lack of illumination may be a defect. If it is a defect, it is one that I can tolerate because all in all I am pleased with this peripheral set and don’t see the value of a power indicator on a battery-operated device. I am using the JOYACCESS keyboard and mouse peripherals on a Windows 10 desktop 64-bit PC. 3) Customer service is China-based and unfortunately nonsensical. If you have the unpleasant experience of visiting this poorly designed website, you will soon exit in frustration. Popups that get in the way and can’t be moved or closed, prompts for your name when you have already typed in your name, poorly chosen English words that do not apply, etc. My sense is that the JOYACCESS combo discussed here is worth the price because it is essentially a quality product that works well. I especially like the keys and the visibility of this keyboard.

Mouse and keyboard are exactly what I was looking for (and esthetically match my new HP laptop nicely). First impression was how quiet the mouse was - it's barely audible when clicking either left or right. The keyboard is taking a bit of getting used to, as I'm accustomed to a larger one (the arrow keys aren't in the same place, and I keep hitting return instead of those as my fingers glide to them without looking). But it is compact and fits on my smaller desk, which is what I needed and why I purchased this item. I balance my hands above the keyboard to type (not needing a wrist rest), but I haven't had any marathon typing sessions as of yet - that will come as classes start in a few weeks! I also wanted lights to indicate Num Lock and CAPS being on, which is why I did not go with a similar model with Logitech. Plus, this mouse is normal-sized whereas the previous model was like a "mini mouse." UPDATE While the mouse is still pleasing, I can't get over the smaller keyboard - my hands have been used to a normal sized one for so long, I can't train them that the delete key is basically the right-half of the regular-sized backspace key. The arrow keys were easy enough to retrain my hands, but I continuously hit delete or mistype much more often because of the difference in spacing. I'm still using the mouse, but swapped out they keyboard for a wired, standard-sized one, which partially defeats the purpose. I really liked the ease of typing, but it's not worth it if it takes longer to type because I keep hitting the wrong keys!

Second Update Seller contacted me again and refunded me in full. I recommended that going forward a Bluetooth option could solve the distance and lag issues that I had. If it had Bluetooth it would be perfect 5 starts. I love the style and colors. Update Seller reached out after seeing this review and told me the maximum range is only 20 centimeters which is less than 8 inches. The listings say range of 10 meters/ 33.3 feet. I reported them to Amazon for false advertising. I bought this set last year for my home theatre PC and I love the look and feel of everything. My issue is the extremely limited range which has gotten worse over time. The keyboard lags and causes constant typos from only 5 feet away. The mouse freezes and jumps across the screen from the same distance. I tried purchasing another mouse a couple of weeks ago because the combo set in this color is out of stock. Unfortunately the mouse by it self runs on a different signal than the combo unit so I will be returning it. I had to do a lot of typing yesterday and the experience was miserable due to lag and keys not registering causing constant typos. I do not recommend this brand

First off, I LOVE this keyboard and mouse combo. It's quite and pretty to look at. I work at doctors office and was tired of looking like everyone else with the same black keyboard. I decided to "make over my desk". I went with a lighter color scheme, including white flowers and a pink and white mouse. I needed a fancy key to match. After purchasing this keyboard and matching mouse, I IMMEDIATELY start receiving compliments from both coworkers and patients. ( I think started a trend at work, btw) So I had the combo for about a month and then it happened; I dropped my mouse on the floor. The mouse instantly broke. With this particular combo, it has one receiver USB. I wasn't sure how I was going to get another mouse (in pink) to match back up with he current keyboard. I decided to contact the seller. My inquiry about possibly replacing the mouse was quickly responded to by one of the representatives. In a show of extremely good customer service, the reapresentative empathized immediately and offered to send e a replacement mouse. I received the mouse a couple weeks later ( shipped from China) The mouse is now working perfectly and is was never broken. I highly recommend this product, if at the least,for the customer service. Thank you, Joyce for the replacement mouse and for going above and beyond your call of duty!

Update TL/DR: I had originally rated this product three stars because the mouse stopped working in less than a year, which is less time than I would expect. Within days, the seller reached out to me to make it right and asked if they could send me a replacement. I figured it was worth a try to get a new mouse to see if it worked. They quicklysent me an entire new set of a keyboard and a mouse. For them to do that, they must really believe in their product! I tried them out and both are working fine. You have to appreciate sellers that go out of their way to make things right. I’m only giving this three stars because the mouse has broke and I’ve only had this set for nine months. I would expect it to last longer than that for the price. I now have a key keyboard that works but it defeats the purpose for me since I got the set because it only uses one USB. My laptop does not have multiple USB ports, and I refuse to get a dongle. I would not buy this set again considering it didn’t even last a year.

Because of the current situation, I need to work from home for quite a long period thus was looking out for a good keyboard and mouse set so to work more efficiently. I have been using this set for a week already, no issues so far and thinking to leave a review for those who are also looking out to buy the keyboard and mouse set. I ordered this set and it arrived in 2 days in very good packaging. The setup process is very easy, only one usb receiver is needed and you can use both mouse and the keyboard. I am using a WINDOWS 10 machine, no driver needs to be installed. After plug in the usb receiver and in about 2-3 mins, I am able to use the mouse and keyboard. Very convenient for people whose laptop is short of usb port. Both of the keyboard and the mouse are light weighted, but not too light to slide easily on my table. They all take AA batteries, 2 for keyboard and 1 for the mouse. You don't need a mouse pad to use it together with the mouse, it can slide easily around the tabletop. The keyboard is very sleek and pretty, giving you a well-made look & feel. The sound of the keyboard is just nice, not too loud. The color on the keyboard is silver for the base and white for the key. The keyboard has a number pad also. I would recommend this set and overall i am happy about this purchase.

the look is great; both keyboard and mouse work perfectly. the feel is not so great in term of quality. But hey no mistake it is cheaper and better than any microsft or other expensive keyboard you can find out there

Neat and tidy keyboard and mouse. A good balance of functionality and space saving. Also like the space grey colour theme. The mouse with the battery installed has a great feel and quiet click. It is also very responsive. More so than my miniature portable Logitech and contrary to some of the other reviews I’ve read. The keyboard has more weight than you might expect but that is a good thing so it doesn’t move around unnecessarily. The keyboard clicks are louder than the mouse clicks but still fine. It is a compact keyboard but much more functional than a laptop keyboard. Overall a great value and satisfying purchase.
