This product makes it real easy to store my canoe in the garage. Very easy to install but requires moderate carpentry skills (not for the inexperienced) and a variety of tools (I.e. socket, level, power drill, step ladder, etc.).

Bought two of these to get the canoes out of the way. Quick and easy to install and should serve for years to come. I did inadvertently snap one of the lag bolts so be careful about that. Instructions were brief and to the point.
