This will light up a tank very nicely. I have 2 of these in each of my 10 gallon. They won’t do much for live plants unfortunately, but it doesn’t claim to. I could honestly say that I may purchase 2 more so that I can have 2 in each tank because there is room for 2, but for now 1 is adequate. I just started this new aquarium hobby and so far this is the most reasonably priced light I could find anywhere. There is a timer on it so when you turn it on, you can choose to keep the light on for 6, 8 or 12 hours. There is also an array of colors to choose from which is nice. All in all a great purchase and I would/ will purchase again! I have no complaints.

I ordered two 11.5" for my 20 gallon tall aquarium. They were out of stock of the size I needed. So far these lights are good and didn't have any issues with the suction cups. The remotes on the other hand will not work if the are not pointed directly at the switch box on the cord. Even when pointed directly at the box it can still be frustrating. Huge disappointment is that there is a strobe setting on these lights. Any flashing lights will stress fish out bad and cause them to freak out in the aquarium! These options should not be on these lights being they are for fish aquariums!!

The media could not be loaded.  This brings out the colors of my betta (Ray) so nicely! He is a very handsome fish and this light does him Justice. I decided to put it out of the water for convenience.. it was too long to fit in next to my filter (my fault) so I had to attach it to the lid. This does create a little bit of condensation? I think that’s what it’s called.. cloudiness on my aquarium lid. My fault though for not putting it in the water, which it will look better in. Otherwise, great product! I love the variety of colors and the timer is a life saver!!!

Very good light and so many colors. Works well on the timer as well.

Light is nice and bright only complaint I have is the remote doesn't work at all

It's alot smaller then I thought it would be. Bought for a 75 gallon tank and it only lights up half. Will need to order another one.

Decent lil light. Not too bright an the timer is confusing but for the money its good.

Have received the product earlier than promised. Product is in good working order. Will definitely consider this seller in future.
