These spices were great! Great taste, low price, and a larger size than average bottle, making it an even better value. They smelled fresh and cooked up perfectly. Honestly I was hesitant to order Amazon spices for whatever reason but our local store was out and we ordered and like everything else they knocked it out of the park. I'll continue to order them going forward now! Spices can be expensive but not these! Don't expire for 1.5 years so great longevity. Great taste and all but it seemed I had to use a lot to get there. Might just be me but it seems to take more that a usual brand ive had to so long. Flavor is still good just takes a bit more to get it there?

Somehow, I got my orders mixed up. I ordered onion powder in a single jar, and then the next day in a pack of two. Not sure how I made that particular goof, but since we like onion flavoring in many dishes, this spice will be used.We have so much now that we will probably give at least one jar to our daughter when we go over to visit. She has a large gourmet kitchen, so it's fun to go over there to prepare a meal. There's lots of room to spread out, and our granddaughter can help us with the prep work. Teaching her techniques about seasoning will serve her well over time.Onion and garlic powder, in addition to the fresh versions, provide such a great flavor profile for savory dishes - soups, stews, casseroles, and seasoning meats. So far, we've been please with the quality of this brand of onion powder.

Unfortunately the powder is not for me. I absolutely like the granular version.The powder is tooo fine
