Have had this band for about a month now and it’s an excellent watch band especially for the money. I have it on a citizen eco drive watch. I have had to replace the rubber watch band 3 times already, each only lasting approx 1-2 years and at about $40 each seems stupid at this point. So far this watch band seems plenty strong and durable and I don’t have to worry about rubber cracking and breaking. I’ll update my review if need be after more time. Only reason for knocking off 1 star is because some of the black is already coming off the metal rings after just one month.

Nice strap, baffled at one of the extra pieces
I'll start out with the fact that I really like this strap. It's definitely a heavier nylon material than some of my other NATO straps. The black version has black loops, which are matte, and add a nice contrast touch to the strap itself. Installation instructions came with it, as well as spring bars, a bar tool (cool!) and the strap itself.While installation is pretty straight forward per the instructions, there is a second flap of the band that you loop the main part of the strap through. I'm not sure I understand why this is there. It doesn't seem to hold the watch in place, though the watch this went on, when threading the strap though, was very tight, so I have no doubts this will stay in place regardless. I may remove this extra flap, both because I don't feel it's really needed, to lose some weight, and to lose two loops.All in all, great strap. Seems solidly built, and feels comfortable. Since I really dislike leather straps, especially in the summer, I will likely purchase these straps for the other watches in my collection.

Better than I expected. Good buy.
I don't like rubber or fabric straps. I prefer metal bands. Bought this to try something different, glad I did. I was afraid the thinness of the strap wouldn't match the 44mm watch case but it actually looks great. This is the first of the NATO straps I have bought or worn but so far so good. I cant compare it to other straps but it wears really well and the ability to wear loose or tight is a new experience. This is a solid 3 star review ( I never give 5) until I've had more time with product.

Just Doesn't work with my watch
I bought this when the original strap for my Luminox 6000 series watch broke. I have other watches with NATO straps and fit quite comfortably. Not so for this strap. First off, the advertising is true, this is a thick strap. It seems to be very sturdy and would probably last a long time.With it's thickness and multitude of clunky D rings the strap proved to be extremely uncomfortable and almost impossible to wear. At points it stood further off my wrist than the watch face and looked like I was wearing a chain bracelet.I made multiple attempts at adjustments, but nothing worked. Now I had to go out and buy another strap for my watch so it was usable. I chose a strap from Barton and it works just fine.Too bad I ended up wasting my money on the first one.

High quality straps
These watch straps are amazing. Made from really strong high quality nylon strap. The buckles are mate black and really hard to chip the paint off. I bought the black one first and purchased the olive one after trying out the black one. The tool that comes with it is very handy as well.

Works great.
This is the only 23mm nato for my Luminox so that is great they make a 23mm. The retaining strap had two buckles for some reason and I cut one off. I like it better with one. It has plenty of adjustment and would fin any one.

Simplistic design that works
Band on my Invicta dive watch broke. The replacement bands were around $30. This was a 28MM band and this one was wide enough to replace old one. This is more comfortable than the old one as well. Came with tool for spring and extra sprigs/pins. So easy to install and worth the money. I’m happy.
