Gluten free Pasta!
Wowed! Great Taste and good quality! Easy to make in less than a hour.But only 8-10 minutes to cook! They hold shape and make a great meal.. So add to other stuff or eat alone, yes Gluten free! Chick peas base, with Corn, needless to say, I love these! So try a box and see what you think. I buy them by the case! Share boxes, others have said this is great!

Not noticeable as a 'replacement' for pasta! Good flavor
Recently became gluten sensitive (I'm OLD! I've eaten wheat my whole life! Now I can't have it??) and have been sorely disappointed over the 'gluten free' offerings out there. Decided to give these a try. You know, they just about match the old, wheat based pasta I've eaten my entire life for flavor. You can't really tell these are a substitute for regular pasta. Wish the price was lower, and they came in more 'shapes', and in bigger boxes! I like it!

Best dried gluten free pasta
Barilla’s gluten free pasta is the best I have tried since I’ve started eating wheat free years ago. It cooks fast, tastes great, isn’t gummy, and doesn’t fall apart as easily as many do. It’s also affordable. It does crumble easily cold when cooked and then cooled, but after reheating, it retains its shape better though not as well as when originally cooked.

Can’t tell it’s gluten free
I have this on subscribe and save with auto replenishment. It is a good quality gluten free pasta that works well in everything I tried this far. Family does not even notice its gluten free.

You won't go wrong
I would have given it a 5 if it came in 1 lb boxes. I'm cooked it with no issues, unlike regular pasta which gets mushy ìt it is over cooked. The texture seems to always be al dente and makes a great pasta salad. Thanks to covid I'd, I developed an intolerance to wheat; as such no pasta. Now I get to enjoy pasta again.

This gluten-free pasta is the BEST! Being able to buy it in bulk is amazing! My kitchen stays stocked with these noodles. They are super easy to cook and so very delicious. Highly recommend. You can make so many yummy meals with these!

goes with so many food sauces.
great start for the gluten free. goes with tomato sauce/spaghetti sauce, white sauce, tuna, or as part of a bigger dish combo. easy to cook on the stove top. i've been using this for years. no problems at all.
