Show Chrome 52-828 Universal Motorcycle Trailer Hitch Luggage Cooler Storage Rack

This is a well designed and built rack however if you buy it with the intention of carrying an extra luggage bag make sure your bag is Barby Doll size! Seriously about the only thing that will fit within the sides of this rack is the small cooler bag they sell for it. Fortunately you can strap a larger bag to it if you don't mind it laying across the side rails. The photo is of a 38L dry bag.

Awesome little unit. Fits perfect. Not sure why some had problems with this. I imagine if you don't use a 3 inch rise on the ball end it might drag but that would be on the installer not the unit itself.

Its cheaply made. I mounted it to the ball. Now the only way to remove it is to take the ball off. It's such a tight fit it's not removable like they claim.It sits so low on my goldwing that it hung up while going over a speed bump. That caused the bike to tip over.It's also alot smaller than the picture shows.Very unhappy and I get an "im sorry" from them

Awesome finish, very sturdy. Understand why it can't be bigger and accept that. Will be trying it out this weekend. Unfortunatly it hangs to low. Drags the ground often while in turns and going over bumps. Hitting the ground so many times It made the trailer ball come loose, had to stop and retighten it. Finally just took it off and strapped the cooler onto my truck rack. $100 waste of money..Just to note it was used on a 2013 Victory Cross Country Tour with a Bustec hitch. A better design would be to replace the hitch instead of hanging below it.

The carrier is well made and has a nice enamel paint coat. I would give this five stars except for the fit of the rack to the mount. The fit is extreamly tight which makes mounting and removing the carrier a chore. In fact I find that I must use a wooden mallet to get the rack in and out of the mount. That issue aside I would recommend this to a friend.

Great holder nice rack

This was put on my motorcycle so I could haul extra gas when I go on trips in case I ran out between stations. It actually happened to me in Texas. I suppose I was about 2-3 miles from a gas station and ran out. No real problem. I just unhooked 1 gas can (2 gal) and put it in the bike. It easily carried me to the next station. Truth is I had no problems with the rack at all.

The unit works great for a small cooler or small bag, quality and fit are very good have used it on 3 trips now no concerns.

Too small so returned the product.
