I had doubts when I saw how small and light it is but my son is super happy with it. After the knee cap dislocation it helps him walk and even drive car and supports his kneecap really well. We just needed to swap the sizes and go for the larger one as the one suggested in size chart turned out to be too small and tight to pull in

We measured prior to ordering just like the instructions said. When we got the sleeve it was so tight at the top and bottom where the edging is that it was interfering with circulation. Had to reorder next size up despite measurements. The return process was ridiculous also. They want you to troubleshoot the issue with their tips but if they don’t work there isn’t an option to continue the return. Meanwhile my daughter’s sport is on hold until she has a brace to stabilize her knee and this was the one recommended by the athletic trainer. Very disappointed with the poor measurement setup and the return process. Hopefully the replacement will fit and this one will be refunded.

This is the best brace that we found for our son after his knee patella displacement injury playing basketball. Since his injury about 2 years ago, we have tried different knee braces as a prevention device for our son who is very active in basketball and baseball. This is no question the best brace we have tried. With other braces, his knee has been 'tweeked' from time to time. Since finding this brace a year ago, no patella tweeks or issues have reoccurred. Our son trusts this brace, and has long since regained his confidence to play full-speed in his sports. When adjusted properly (takes a few times), this brace is non-obstructive to the required range-of-motion to play full-speed. This brace is high-quality construction and lasts very well. In our experience, the average life with heavy (daily, sweaty) use is about 3-4 months before the velcro attachments become weak. Under this condition, the velcro attachments can be reinforced with athletic tape to extend the life of the brace. Other braces we have tried only provided about 1 month of useful life with heavy use. After a year of using this brace exclusively, we are going on our 3rd brace. However, it is the best solution we have found as a relatively cheap 'insurance' policy to prevent another patella displacement injury during active sports. Highly recommended.

Had to exchange. The size chart is way too small. I measured that I was a medium, I purchased a large and it is still too small. Looks like a good product, recommended by my physical therapist, I will order the extra large.

I use this as preventative support for my knee so it doesn't get sore when I play golf. It provides good support and flexibility. I just purchased a large instead of X-large because after the X-large lost a little elasticity it would slide down a bit so I would have to keep tightening it. The Large is a little snug but I keep stretching it and bending the plastic hinge brace to make it more comfortable until it stretches a little more. I am pretty sure it will work out. I've been wearing this brace for years now.

This is the knee brace my surgeon gave me after my knee surgery. He stays it keeps everything in line with the joint while allowing the knee cap to rotate around freely. I can tell when I don't wear it. I clean about 7-10 houses a week with my business and need the extra support while jumping up and down off counter tops and running up and down stairs. I had to buy a new one after 5 yrs because the velcro had worn out and just didn't hold. I now safety pin that one to wear when I workout. I wash mine in a lingerie bag with my laundry and it washes nicely. Line dry. Don't be stupid and throw it in the dryer. It will dry in a day or two depending on the humidity. It may cost a little more than the ones you find at Walmart,etc. but how much is not having knee pain worth to you?

As at least a few other reviewers have said, these run small. According to the official measurements, i should be in a large per them that is: 21-23.5 Thigh, 15-17" knee, and 16-18 calf. mine are 23.25" Thigh, 17" knee, and 16.5" calf. I measured twice before buying, and even just measured again. for calf and thigh, you measure 6" down and up from the center of the knee--I even marked it with a pen so i'd get that right, so I know my measurements are right. Order up at LEAST one size up--if your thigh and knee are close to their larger end, like mine are, you might want to go 2 sizes up, because even the next size up is pushing it, for me. If you're closer to their smaller end, or in the center, one size up should be sufficient. This item is NOT returnable, whether amazon's page says it is or not. I will update with more info regarding fit and stability after I've used it for a bit but I felt that the sizing info was important to share immediately.

In fase di misurazione, confrontandovi con la tabella, scegliete sempre una taglia in più! Dopo aver effettuato tutte e tre le misurazioni, ho acquistato una taglia L, come da indicazioni. Durante la calzatura, si presenta il problema: troppo troppo piccola!! D'altro canto, ottimo venditore! Spedizione puntuale e comunicazione eccellente.

Mi sono state consigliate dall'ortopedico che mi ha operato al ginocchio, su di me non hanno funzionato.. io gioco a basket e purtroppo sono scomode per fare attività di questo genere.

Excelente, un poco apretada, pero con el uso se adapta perfectamente a la pierna. De excelente calidad.

Really great support but unless you have skinny legs make sure to check fit. I didn’t see a size guide with thigh/calf circumferences on the site when I ordered.
