I purchased these gaiters to replace another pair I have that tends to sag and wants to fall down. These are a good, snug fit and I don't have that problem now. They have worked great when out snowshoeing and I expect the same performance for other activities I wear them for. I wear mine over hiking boots but if you have a boot top that's fairly bulky, these won't work. If I could improve one feature on these it would be the top cinch strap. To put these gaiters on or take off, you must undo/thread that strap every time from it's buckle. My old gaiters have a clip there which I do like much better for easy on and off.

I bought these as a quick and cheap temporary replacement for an 80 dollar pair of gaiters that didn't fit over my new boots. I use gaiters for mountaineering, and 90% of the time I only wear them when I'm glissading. I purchased these because I liked that they had an elastic band around the bottom portion to keep snow from getting pushed up into the gaiters from the bottom. Unfortunately, this is a useless feature because the entire bottom black portion of the gaiters isnt waterproof. Water and light can easily pass through it. Also, the straps that go under the sole of your boot were frayed straight out of the package. If they were made out of nicer materials, these would be awesome gaiters. The design is very good, but I feel like I'm going to rip them every time I zip them up. I think these gaiters would be best to bring on a trip where you arent sure whether you'll need gaiters or not, because they're very lightweight, affordable, and will work in a pinch. However, do not purchase these thinking they'll last through a whole season of mountaineering.

These gaiters seem pretty good. The last pair I got had a tiny zipper, and it broke like the 4th time I used them. The zipper on these is large and seems like it will hold up better. Other than that, they do what gaiters do.

I bought these to use when performing multiple tasks like hiking in brushy areas when wearing shorts, using a weed-eater with shorts, keeping junk out of low ankle shoes and boots when in dusty or muddy locations. I have a large yard so when I use my weed-eater and the grass is somewhat wet these stop the cut grass and dirt from sticking to my bare legs or pants. When done I can just take the leg gaiters off and the grass and dirt stay outside. Easy to clean, just spray off with the hose.They do the job well, takes a couple of times using them to get the hang of the strap and zipper.Would buy again, Would recommend.

As an otr truck driver I am in the northwest mostly. I have to walk around in deep snow often. Loved these as they help keep my pant legs dry. Easy to put on your boots. Stood in deep snow for over 3 hours to shovel out my truck after a white out. Got back in my truck and didn't have to change out of wet jeans.

Were both warm and light weight, but took some effort to get on with first a zipper and then Velcro.

These do exactly what they are supposed to do. The velcro is very good. First time pulling them apart just about broke my nails! They are pretty slim around the ankle area which made it more difficult for my bulkier Muk Boots but I made it work @

They're a little tight at the bottom even fully stretched but I guess that's a good thing. I also wear a size 13 boot though. Draw string is also not the greatest but overall I'm happy. They're nice and slim rather for the more fast paced hikes.
