I received this product about 2 months ago and so far, the device still works.I have had a chance to use the device several times and these are most of my findings, they are organized by pros and cons:Pros:- This product doesn’t have many buttons and has a simple layout (a mute button, a receive calls button, and a knob that moves up and down and pushes inwards)- This product can hold phones of various widths. Such as an iPhone SE and a Motorola LGV20- The device can plug into a usb charging port - a usb cable with a male end has been built into it.- The device has 2 audio equalization functions (bass enhancement and normal), which can be accessed by pushing the side knob inward.- The device has an SD card slot that works. The knob on the side of the device, when pushed up or down, changes tracks. The receive calls button pauses the music.Cons:- The device can hold phones of all different sizes, but it holds large phones (such as the Motorola LGV20) unsecurely.- The broadcasted sound from the device is okay, there is occasional static when listening to the Bluetooth transmitter on the radio. However, there was less static when I found a frequency with high noise/piercing static and tuned the transmitter to it.- The usb flash drive port on the side of the device, upon testing, did not charge my iPhone. I Wish it did.- The knob on the side of the device feels flimsy and fragile.Overall, not a bad bluetooth transmitter. I strongly suggest that if you want to buy this device, wait until there’s a deal for it, or when the price drops. Hope this helps.

i Was surprised; I was expecting a simple car-mount. I was blown away by all the features! Firstly, I have an iPhone with a pop out holder on the back, and I was able to anchor my phone in the holder. It’s sturdy and all the parts are heavy duty. The clamp that attaches to your air vent is 360°, so it allows for versatility. The individual buttons are so convenient for setting it up! It plugs in to your standard USB and can connect to your phone through a wired connection or over Bluetooth. I use it every day and you should too!

First of all, it does not stand steady on my car's vent. It's loos all the time and I am afraid to put my cellphone there. Second problem: it does not hold the cellphone, even you can fix it to stay on the vent, your cellphone may fall off. I have a Pixel XL, BTW. I tested with and without case; neither worked.FM transmitter is the best part but I have had better products with better qualities. Overall, it is not worth it.

Love this little thing. Using in my 2007 Chevy Silverado pickup I use for plowing snow in the winter. Will make my days a little easier! Having it hands free and able to work thru my phone is great! Easy to use and hooked up flawlessly. So far so good!

So this is actually a good product. Only thing you should know is the sound quality can be bad at times depending on the station and the area. When driving it defeats the hands free purpose if you have to keep adjusting stations and sometimes I couldn’t get a clear sound even if the station was all static.

I really love this blue tooth device but I’m already having issues with the cord and I have to wiggle it around to get it to turn on. I have it set up in the car where it’s never disturbed so I’m not sure why the cord would be going on it already. Super disappointed because I do love the device itself.

Needed a portable phone holder for my truck as I often use different trucks for work. Easier to use and I don't have to worry about being distracted when driving. Volume/ sound is okay quality. Good price for something I need to use for work multiple times a week.

I like it. I wish the part that adapts to the heater ducts were longer and a little more secure. But seriously I like it a lot, its very clear music coming through and very easy setup. Sounds great and I can hit a button to take my calls through the car speaker system and the callers can hear me clear as well. I'm happy with it for the most part. It's not 100% perfect but it is still a great product and serves the purpose.
