The best stuff I have used for tips and grout. I used tonhave to scrub the grout so much and I hated it. With this you just let it dwell for like 10 minutes and the grime comes right off. I own a floor cleaning business and we use this a lot. We use the then extract it with our truck mount. Not sure how a normal person would do it

Wow, this is a two step process that really cleans your grout. I had a small area of grout that I wanted to start with to see how it worked. I had been previously using comet with bleach, making a slurry, using this with a grout cleaning brush, letting it sit for 10 minutes, cleaning it all off, then using a solution of bleach for 10 minutes, and finally cleaning this off; this process does work, but it is a lot of effort. With this new product, I made a slurry, applied it with a grout brush, let it sit for 10 minutes, wiped it off, and then finally applied a solution of vinegar to neutralize this new cleaning agent before finally wiping it off. Much easier. When the vinegar solution dried, it left the grout consistently clean (using my old method, I might have had to repeat the process in a particularly bad area). Caution: I would recommend using gloves, and this stuff is a strong base which you need to keep from drying and to fully neutralize with vinegar, which is an acid. The is instructions do tell you to do this. I would also mention that you want to keep it away from cabinet finishes, which makes using this in a tight kitchen space more challenging (I used a lot of paper towels and had a bucket handy to put them in while I was working at floor level), but easier in a larger more open space.

If you clean tile & grout professionally, then this is what you need. If you're a homeowner then beware. This works great but requires a lot of rinsing to remove the soil & chemical residue. Work in small areas and rinse throughly. DO NOT allow the cleaning solution to dry.

Grout in countertops were pretty yucky. Used another grout cleaner on one counter, but it didn’t do a good job - even leaving on for a few hours. Reviews were good for this grout cleaner & even though it was pricier, application, clean up & the job it did was worth the price. It really cleaned all my counters fairly easily & it doesn’t take much as you add the mix to warm water in a spray bottle. Likely have enough to last a lifetime. Wish it came in smaller containers for less money.

I purchased this to perform deep cleaning on my tile and grout. This is extremely effective. I use a machine scrubber with this material, and it easily removes many deep stains. I recommend this product
