Decent laptop but a lot of minor imperfections
The touchpad literally started scratching itself off as shown in picture and many other parts are starting to peel as well. Good laptop but jesus christ the quality control for a “refurbished” title is outrageous.

This doesn't hold an 80% battery capacity.
A couple of things, the computer is fast. Powers up quick, screen looks great, keyboard works fantastic. It's a good machine if you're looking for speed and performance. This is not a gaming laptop obviously. What I don't like is that I ran a report on battery health.... it's not 80% capacity. Here's the results:DESIGN CAPACITY 57,020 mWhFULL CHARGE CAPACITY 41,790 mWhI also don't like that the laptop charger it came with is 45W charger, I'd be happier if it came with a 65W one.That's closer to 73% capacity. It also had two small scratches on the outside of the laptop. Now if you're looking for a laptop that boots up quickly, runs smoothly, and gets the job done, then definitely buy this machine.I'm debating on returning it. I'll use it over the next week and see if the battery capacity bothers me.

Great for the most part
Nice lightweight laptop. Everything is as described. Powers on in seconds and keyboard lights up when it does. Works well for most of what I need as a student. However, an issue I've noticed is for all of the pre-installed media players or audio playing applications, I am not able to drag the audio recording to a timestamp of my choice. I am able to use the rewind/fast forward functions though on the pre-installed 'Movies and TV' application at least. Hence, the 4/5 stars. Also, the fingerprint identification is a bit slow to process, but it works. Everything else has been working fine. I particularly like the speaker SPL/audio volume capacity of the computer. I can listen to audio at a much higher volume than in my previous laptop.

Bought a refurbished computer from go-get. Usually there are some minor defects. With go-get, the computer looks better than new.Very satisfied.
