Vincotto is a dark, sweet artisanal condiment made from autochthonous grapes of Puglia and it is obtained by a slow cooking and reduction of non-fermented grapes. Vincotto goes well as dressing with ice cream, yogurt, aged cheese, roast meat or poultry and can even be used as dressing on salads and crudité.
