Great reset button
We own a small assisted living and love the Smart Caregiver system since 2016. Needed a new reset button after an aide took the button home and never returned it. Thank you for the quick delivery. My only complaint with the system is having to program the buttons but once I do that they work great.

Expensive but no alternative for convenience
This is a real step saver. I bought 2 of them. But, they come with no instructions. After chatting with techs that knew nothing, I called and got the answer on how to program it. BTW, it programs just like the pads but it was never on their "cheat sheet" for the 433-EC monitor. It does have a problem. Sometimes it shuts off the chime with a single click and other times you have to just hold it down until it stops. And, there are times that doesn't work. You have to keep trying to hold down the clicker to get the chime to quit. Both my units work the same. For $30, it should work with a single click.

A must have, if you have the safety alarm pad.
You will want this remote reset button if you purchase the alarm pad system. This will allow you to reset the alarm from beside your loved one. The alarm will continue to alarm until you push the reset button. The alarm was in the middle of our home so it could be heard from any where in the house. If you do not have the remote reset button you will have to listen to the alarm or leave their side to go manually reset the alarm system.

Not great, but there are no good systems out there that I know of.
These work well, but they wear out rather quickly and the yellow center falls off. They are too expensive for the poor quality of material. The whole system could be improved a lot, but there just aren't any good ones out there. :(

Works! A must for remote resets.
Just set up my system, and this reset button works from all locations within the house. This will be a great step-saver. It came with a lanyard so I can have it on me at all times, along with the remote pager.

Cheap China plastic waste. Do not buy and regret
Very stupid and cheap design.Very hard to knock out the back cover to replace battery and break the plastic cover. Why not screwed cover? No instructions whatsoever. Doesn’t work neither the motion detector nor the monitor. Do not buy
