Not only do I love this tent, so do all the other vendors every show I go to!
I love my tent. I'm a handmade jewelry designer and I do a lot of market. So I need a solid, sturdy tent that also looks nice. I've had this tent for a couple years now (I originally purchased it from Costco website) and I've converted a lot of my fellow vendors to this one too. Every time I do a show, other vendors compliment me on my tent. (Several people have upgraded to this one after seeing mine in person too!)First and foremost, what I love best is the curtain hanging system. Instead of velcro walls that are a pain and either open or closed, this has a built-in "rail" (in the form of a heavy-duty, plastic coated metal cable) that runs along all four edges. You then clip the walls onto the cable. This allows you complete flexibility. You can have your walls open, closed, half open, etc. easily. It's also very easy to quickly slide them closed in a hurry if bad weather comes in.I also greatly enjoy the push release to expand the legs. It's a solid, chunky plastic push button. You can't hurt yourself like the cheaper ones that use a little metal nub button. (My old, cheap tent had that and I would also pinch my finger trying to release the button! Grr)The tent itself comes in a wheeled bag, with the four walls, four anchor stakes. It weighs close to 60lbs all in the bag and is about as tall as my 6ft husband packed in there. I transport mine in a Nissan Rogue and it fits just fine with the 1/4 backseat split folded down. All in all, after several dozen shows over the course of the past two years, I still love my tent, still recommend it to others and it still looks and functions perfectly. It's a classy looking tent and definitely adds a sense of quality to your display.I use these weights with it for the record filled with sand: E-Z Up Instant Shelters Deluxe Weight Bags - Set of 4-----The amazon listing doesn't have a lot of info, so here's more details from the GetUndercover website:WHAT’S IN THE BOX: Frame, Top, CRS™ Walls, Wheel-Bag, SpikesCOMMERCIAL FEATURES:CRS™ Curtain-Wall EnclosureHybrid Commercial Frame*Solid-Core™ Steel Bars1 1/4” Aluminum LegsPinch-Proof Leg LeversPeak-Pole Extender300-D Polyester TopCPAI-84Water and Stain ResistantHeat Reflective Undercoating99% UV BlockVented Peak X-Scape™2-Year Manufacturer WarrantySPECIFICATIONS: Hybrid Steel Frame: 38 Pounds - 1 1/4” Aluminum Legs - *Solid-Core™ Steel Bars - 300-Denier Polyester Top - 150-Denier Polyester CRS™ Curtain-WallsDIMS: Setup Footprint: 10’x10’x 11' - Head Clearance: 73" - 82” Frame Folded 11”x11x 61" - In Wheel-Bag: 12”x12”x 63" - Weight in Wheel-Bag 55 Pounds - Shade Coverage 100 SQF

Details Matter
I bought two for my son's graduation party and had them both setup side by side - one with everything deployed (curtains, vent etc) and the other just a quick "no frills" setup like my older EZ UP. At this point it was easy to see that it is the little things that set this popup apart. Aside from the price point, there are a few things that set this apart from the EZ UPs that I have had over the years. First is the release levers/buttons. While other manufacturers have also improved by leaps and bounds in this area, these seem to be a little more thought out and are very easy to use. The side curtains hang/slide on a wire around the inside perimeter of the popup. they have velcro straps/tie back strategically attatched to tie back to each upright for quick deployment - or you can leave them off altogether. They quickly clip on and can slide open and closed easily, no more struggling with the old style. Adding a vent on the peak is a nice touch. I didn't think it would make that much of a difference at first, but it became quite evident when a quick moving shower caused a crowd to form under the popups. It was easy to tell which one had the vent open. Now the downsides... This was tougher for me as the downsides exist across all I have owned or dealt with so I didnt subtract any points. Putting one up by yourself is doable, but it is much like Austin Powers trying to U-turn the cart in the hallway... grab another person and they fly right up. Despite the nice rolling bag, they are still a little ungainly to roll over uneven terrain and like to twist and flip over. I think this is due to the proportions rather than any design flaw as every sing one I have used does the same thing. While mine had no problems what soever in the rain, the instructions state seams need to be sealed to make them water proof. I think this should be done by the factories, but once again no points off since non of the others are doing it.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my choice.

Easy assembly
I love this tent and the walls. It is very easy to setup. I literally can do it by myself. The only thing is the wire on the inside to hook your walls on, broke after 5 months. Maybe something more durable for that would be better. And the black bag that you hold your tent in faded quickly. I kept it under a canopy in my patio and the top faded real fast. But other then that, love my tent.

Non-responsive meaning there is NO Customer Service
I bought this canopy for my jeweler daughter. On second use the cable that holds the sidewall pulled out of it's anchor. I have tried three times over the last two months to contact them to see about a repair or a replacement. I get absolutely no response even by going through Amazon. If I had I known about their nonexistent service I certainly would not have bought this canopy. Unless you are a masochist with cash to spare, you won't either.
