Highly recommend for anyone with bad skin.
I bought my 1st bottle about 2 months ago. And I I’m already on my 2nd bottle. These have my skin looking so clear and my hair has definitely been growing and healthier. I’ve noticed my scalp has been less dry. I experienced minimal breakouts around my period. These mixed in with my skincare and hair routine I love it. I took the recommended amount. No side effects it definitely does it’s job at least for me. SN: I have low porosity fine but medium density hair. I also have combination/dry skin.

I didn’t notice any difference in my hair, skin or nails. I have a good routine as it is and use quality products; I eat healthy and take vitamins so maybe this is as good as it gets for my age. It has quality ingredients but since I didn’t see any positive results, I won’t be buying again.
