FJC 2484 PAG Oil - 8 fl. oz.

I needed just a little of this PAG46/SP-10/ND-8 oil as I completed my ac repair on my Honda. The reviews were pretty good on this PAG oil. Glad I bought it instead of using local off brand auto parts oil. I needed about 1.5 ounces for my new condenser/drier. BTW- I used the FJC website tutorial when it came to recharging my newly repaired and empty ac system. Their procedure was different from most folks but given their history as an ac system supplier I trusted it. Glad I did. They had you pressurize the empty system with r134a gas up to 50psi LO/HI sides minimum BEFORE starting the engine. They also stressed loading the r134a as a gas, not a liquid. Slower approach but reportedly safer to the newly installed Denso compressor and condenser/drier system ??

If replacing a compressor, condenser or expansion valve.....buy this. Each elements needs some for installation or lubrication of gaskets. I like to remove factory PAG oil from a new compressor and replace.

This is a good quality PAG oil for all R-134a mobile A/C systems at a decent price. Can't get better with the free shipping.

Excellent performance and this oil is exactly what is needed to upgrade your a/c system to 134a. Seems to be great quality but will update if it gives me issues. Compressor is running smoothly and A/C is ice cold so the oil is doing what it should. Recommended.

Way more than I need at this time. Bought this to replace oil when I replaced my condenser. Looks like oil and my A/C system hasn't blown up yet. That's good in my book!

When you work on auto a/c systems, you want to use the best products you can get your hands on, I was an auto tech for 30 years, so believe me when I say, "This Is The Right Stuff "

If you are buying compressor oil you likely already know what you are doing. Works as expected, there are no ratings out there that say brand X is better than Y, or that they are all made in the same place. This product doesnt come with any fancy stickers for the edge of your windshield, therefore you should use this product without hesitation. Check with the compressor to make sure you get the correct weight.

supposed to be good quality over autoparts brand but now way for me to check. Added on 2 cars that my family owns and would recommend to others without hesitation if one doesnt have the money to buy mastercool/robinair/...Important part of the process is to properly vacuum for a decent amount of time. I will add pictures of what the oil looks like later.and very good pricemost repair shop tends to go for cheapest oil that's available but fjc, as much as i know, holds a decent quality control in the hvac (not the best in hvac industry but good enough for diyers).
