I have trigger finger and horrible arthritis at the base of my finger. The finger holes of the stretchy-thing are hard to use and I now just give it and use it like I would a rubber band. The round circle-things are miserable on my arthritis as it digs into the base of my fingers while using it. I can see how they would be useful for trigger finger, but I am probably beyond that with my hand having too many other issues.

I picked these up because my hands have been sore at work. Working the fingers at night for 10 minutes or so makes a huge difference. Will work up to the tougher ones in time.

Use these while sitting at my desk during conference calls or just about any meeting I don’t need to take notes for. They are helping the fatigue and stiffness in my hands from using a keyboard and mouse for the last 20 years.

I give it 3 stars. The first one I used had one of the finger holes break during the first use.The other two work fine.

I keep them in my car and use them when I’m driving and they have been helping my blood circulation in my hands
