Was originally a huge proponent of NMN / NR for nutrigenetics - to try to decrease my body's Multiple Chemical Sensitivity / chemial allergies / eczema / non-tolerance of ANY oxidative stress. However, I developed breast lumps shortly after taking this, then found out that NMN can cause/contribute to the growth of breast cancer, so stopped taking it. Thankfully in my case the lumps turned out to by cycstic only, not cancer, but I'm not taking any more chances.

A family member started taking this and looked healthier and seemed more energetic within weeks. So I started taking it too and it had a similar effect. Was it a placebo effect? Possibly. But if it starts me with a positive feeling towards getting healthier, then I'll take it. I've only been taking it for a month so take this experience with a pinch of salt, but so far it's a good product and I would purchase it again.

NMN is only produced by a few companies in the Uk as it’s expensive and research is ongoing. I’ve tried another brand and then Y&E and they appear to be very similar. The company does third party testing so I’m comfortable I’m not buying a doggy product . I’ve only been using it for a few weeks but the result is positive. Would buy again

I have had low energy for years, and this makes a huge difference, so that I m now waking upin the morning feeling refreshed, instead of draggy for the first hour up. I m able to keep going without feeling exhausted.A really useful find, & I ll be continuing to use this. I take it with MSM, Vit C & lemon juice, & sip throughout the day.

The product is of the highest quality but I was surprised to be informed that the dosage needed to increase due to being over 50. Perhaps instead of 125 mg each tablet should have 250mg of the active ingredient or at least a choice of strengths.Its early days but I can report improved mobility which what interests me in NMN technology. Growing old isn't an issue for me becoming decrepit is.I would repeat the purchase.

I am usually very sceptical of vitamin products but these NMN products definitely surprised me. My energy levels definitely increased as a result and feels less bloated and have lost a little weight too, much to my surprise. I think that they are decent enough products if you can afford the £60 price tag but otherwise there are probably better energy solutions out there.
