I would go so far as to say that EVERYBODY needs this probiotic supplement. As our understanding of the Microbiome increases, we are recognizing more and more the importance of keeping our individual microbiomes in proper balance. Given the way that we eat and all of the destructive environmental influences to which we all expose ourselves (cell phones, genetically modified organisms, pesticides, electromagnetic radiation) this probiotic can go a long way towards helping a person restore and maintain good health. I noticed a huge improvement in my energy and general well-being after just a few days of taking S. boulardii every morning (I take 2-4 caps first thing), even before I learned how it works to get rid of the "bad" bugs. I have been using this product every day now for several years, and do not begrudge the expense. I consider it just part of staying alive and relatively healthy in this world. Original Medicine is a great brand for probiotics. I have read you should rotate between brands/strains to keep probiotics effective.
