Bar Chocolate Baking Bittersweet, 2 Ounce, 3 Pack

In my opinion, the best chocolate on the planet.

This is wonderful quality chocolate for baking. The perfect flavor, and good melting ability. The high cacao percentage just adds a bit of luxurious taste to your baked goods. I use them for truffles and pots de creme and they always taste great!

This is some of the best baking chocolate around. It’s consistently delicious and melts with ease. Doesn’t taste waxy like some other brands.

Always a consistent choice for personal and even commercial.

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION: The advertising says "2 oz, 3-Pack" and what that really means is you are getting ONE box that weighs 2 oz, and that single box contains THREE single bars of chocolate. Each bar weighs about 2/3 of an ounce. So you are in fact getting three items as promised, it's just that all three come in a single box. A bit unclear (to me, anyway...) Delicious but WAY overpriced at almost $9 US. If, like in my case, your doctor told you to start eating small amounts of 72+% cacao chocolate for health reasons, my advice (as a senior on a fixed income) is to consider other brands that are just as tasty and much cheaper per ounce. They are out there, also available on Amazon. Happy eating!

Who doesn’t love Guittard chocolate!? They may say it’s expensive, but you will never hear anyone complaining about the quality. I have been using Guittard for over a decade and used to pick it up directly from the factory in the Bay Area when they had the option. It started with just buying their chocolate bars for consumption, then chocolate chips. Now I’m buying their baking bars and Dutch processed cacao for baking. I’m team Guittard for life, nothing else compares!

Taste bud tantalizing, silky, mouth watering pure enjoyment to bake with and devour a pan banging chocolate chunk cookie to chocolate frosting to finely flaked upon warm oats to a raspberry tart! Old world delicacy incarnate.
