Perfect size to take as directed
Product arrived promptly, in secure packaging and ready to use. Softgels are just the right size for swallowing with liquid (I use water). I guess they are doing what they are supposed to do. No ill effects so will order again when the time comes. That will be a while from now as I have the 300 softgel size to take one a day with a meal. So a good buy in my opinion.

Only brand I will buy!!
It is significantly important to get good fish oil. Cheaper versions have mercury in it and can do more harm than good. This is the only brand I buy and I have bought it for decades. Highly recommended I hope they never change!

The Country Life Omega-3 supplement bottle was delivered by Amazon, so no problem there. Things seem OK with the Omega-3. I was happily surprised that the capsules came in a glass bottle.
