I bought one pair of these awhile back and really loved having them, but I realized I needed another pair. So I bought a second pair and within 2 washes they started to unravel at the waist. The first pair didn’t do this, so I was a little upset. I reached out to have it addressed but it took me directly to the company rather than resolving through Amazon. Somehow I ended up getting an email back from the inventor which is fine, probably not ideal to him though! But he was able to send a new pair, quickly at no cost to me. I am very appreciative and I recommend not only the shorts but the company. They have been very helpful and quick to respond and address the issue.

I am a neurosurgery nurse practitioner and I saw this underwear designed by Brian Mohika. A lot of our patients have foley catheters, drains, colostomies and they are so embarrassed when they leak. Patients may even withhold drinking fluids because they are fearful of the bag leaking. I bought this cathwear to see for myself what I would be prescribing for my patients. And they are so comfortable, and actually pretty stylish! I feel like I could walk around the neighborhood in this! You can see how the bag is disguised, but it's also secured. And I was super surprised at how affordable these are!! Thanks Brian for bringing cathwear to market!!

The concept of this product is great. The packaging we received and on line description shows angled X shape channels that we thought would work well with an 18 inch tube and leg bag. Unfortunately, the garment we received didn't have the X shaped channels and only really worked for straight down tube placement which left extra tube length to deal with. I don’t know if it was a manufacturing error or not, but I've rated a one because it didn't arrive as advertised and is much less useful in the way it is. If it had matched the diagram, I think it would have been fine.

Extension tubing needed so when the person needs to have a bowel movement you can slip the shorts down. Not having the bag strapped to your leg is wonderful. If you have a bigger thigh these may not work for you. You could wear these under pants or alone with an untucked shirt.

Originally purchased one pair in 7/2/23 and my husband loved it. It was comfortable and very discreet under his pants. In the next seven months I purchased four more. After several washes, stitching came off between the waist band and shorts for three, one started to unravel on the waist band, and the waist band seam is separating on the fifth one. The design is great but very poor quality. I expected more after spending $53-$55 for each pair. Unfortunately there aren't many other purchase options available.

This project seemed very sturdy and well-made but it was wrong for my type of catheter so I returned it.

Pocket for the drainage bag should be on the inside of right or left leg! So it doesn’t. Pull on the drainage tube!!!!!!!
