To use, apply one-quarter of a syringe of the whitening gel to each side of the mouth tray. It must cover the front surface of the teeth for best use. Place the tray over your teeth and close your mouth in order to keep the tray in position. Press the start button and it will begin the 10-minute countdown. After 10 minutes, the light will turn off automatically. Remove the tray from your mouth and rinse your mouth and teeth then clean the tray. Read the full kit instructions for more information.

Great product, but be patient and follow the instructions to use daily
It’s a great easy to use product for teeth whitening. Really good value for money. Tastes fresh, no aftertaste after rinsing it. Doesn’t affect teeth sensitivity. Teeth went 3 shades whites in 5 days use daily, 4 shades after a week. You need to use daily to see results, you won’t see much of the difference after first use, but it does work and few days later you will see the results

Best teeth whitening gel ive used
Got these as a replacement from another teeth whitening gel as that one was making my teeth s bit sensitive. This one has given me 3 shades lighter on the shade card and my teeth dont feel so sensitive. Recommend if anyone is looking for a new gel or a replacement.

Whitening didn't work for me sadly
Doesn’t work at all tried other whitening gels and they worked but these i dont see a difference. Now i got lots of them dont know what to do with them. Taste is good and doesn’t give sensitivity to teeth. What may not work for me may work for others and what may work for me may not work for others. Over all for me myself i wont be buying this again
