In my case, yes, they did honor the promotional game offer... I ordered my 3950x and received my confirmation email on Dec 05 from Amazon. Then, three days later on Dec 08 I received my promotional credit email, also from Amazon. I remember seeing the promotion mentioned during check out, but I didn't really pay it attention as I was rushing to check out before all the stock disappeared. And afterwards I couldn't find mention of it again anywhere in my account. But, I did get the email with the promotional code...
